Company Investors Page

All public companies have a page on their website dedicated to information for investors.
Find the company's page for investors with a search engine search along these lines:

Once you are there, look for SEC Filings link, 10-Ks and/or Annual Reports, 10-Qs, press releases (often labeled "News"), etc.

Company & Competitor Research

Never stop at the company website! See what analysts think of the company.

Nexis Uni: Hoover's In-Depth Company Records
Step 1: Select Publication under "What are you interested in"
Step 2: Type the company name for "Search for something specific"
Step 3: Type/select Hoover's Company Records - In-Depth Records as Publication
...before searching, to locate useful background info on your company.

Search for your company (by ticker symbol works well) to see an analyst report including financials, rankings, and commentary on a stock.

Search for your company and navigate to Equity Research or Investment Research on the left side of the screen to read analyst reports on a company.
