Getting Full Text Articles

If you do not see a full text article link look for the Cook Library Find It button in order to:

  • Access online full text (when available)
  • See if the journal is available in print (library catalog)
  • Request a pdf of the article if full text is not available online (Interlibrary Loan)

If you have the citation for the article you are trying to access, search the Journal List to check if the library subscribes to your specific article.

School and Educational Psychology Journals

Below is a list of some of the school and educational journals you can access through Cook Library. You may want to browse entire issues, search for keywords, and set up alerts for new issues. You can also visit the journal's homepage to learn more about its submission and review process.

In some cases, a journal's most recent issues are "embargoed" and not immediately available in full-text. But don't worry! You can request full-text for these articles through interlibrary loan.

Find More Journals

Use the "Journal List" to search for a specific journal

  • In the journal list, search for the name of the journal
  • Date ranges show the time span the journal is available in a particular location (e.g., a specific database or on the shelf at the library)
  • You can also use this method if you have an article citation and want to find out if the library has access to the journal where it was published

The "Journal List" is also available in the "Quick Tools" menu on the library's homepage.
