KNES 456: Legal & Ethical Issues in Sport

Tips for finding information on your case in books

Whether you are looking at a print or electronic book, check the table of contents in the front of the book or index in the back for your case. The e-books will have a Search box to find a term. Searches on single terms are often better than phrases. Try using the most unique word in your case name.

Even if a particular book doesn't cover your case, it might give context to the topic or issue related your case.

Print books available at Cook Library

You can have any of these books pulled from the shelf for you to look at in the library (we have a free scanner to email scanned pages) or to check out. After clicking on the title link, select Request Item on the left side of the screen, and follow the prompts. The book will be available for you at the Circulation desk on the main floor of the library within 24 hours.
