Illustration

A guide to illustration resources at Cook Library and beyond.

What is a database?

Databases house a variety of different types of information, from periodicals to videos to music to photographs. They are often services that we subscribe to, or they may be a platform for information we already own.

Databases can be very interdisciplinary and general, or they can be very specific.

We've helped organize them for you on our Databases A-Z page of the library website.

Which should you use?

Drawing and Illustration resources may be found in subjects relating to Art History, Art & Design and more!

Some specific databases that may guide you in the right direction are:
ARTstor
Art and Architecture Archive
Underground and Independent Comics, Comix, and Graphic Novels

Streaming Video

But wait, there's more! Cook Library subscribes to several online streaming databases. You can find interviews, documentaries, feature films and more.
