Authors are listed by first initial, middle initial, and last name with punctuation (eg: E. B. White). If there are two authors, list them both separated by the word "and." If there are more than six authors, list on the first author's name, followed by et al. Book titles are italicized; chapter titles are not. Only the first word of chapter titles are capitalized, but book titles follow conventional capitalization rules.
You may not have information about each element of your citation for each book you need to cite. In areas where you are missing information (eg: a book with no editor), omit the elements you do not have information for and adjust your punctuation accordingly.
