Music

Here are some basic resources for researching music topics.

Analogue Score Resources

Patrons can search for all of our analog scores through CookOneSearch or Towson's catalog.

Cook Library collects resources for score study, including scholarly editions of standard works (Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Mozart, etc.). We also own most of the Recent Researches in American Music set of edited scores from A-R Editions.

To access our substantial collection of vocal score anthologies, patrons should request volumes from the research help desk. They are available for 2-hour loans in the library.

We also have a growing collection of study and performance scores available for loan.
