Set Up and Use Interlibrary Loan

Physical items

Most physical ILL items arrive within 10-14 days. You will be notified via email when the item is ready for pickup and items will be available for checkout from the Help Desk. 

Electronic items

Most electronic ILL items arrive within 2 business days. You will be notified via email when the item is ready to download and save to your own device. Please save the item within two weeks since access via your ILL account is temporary.
