This guide includes sources for researching organizations (nonprofit and for-profit), athletics and programming, and customers (potential members/programming participants and their families).

First, read the case thoroughly, and take stock of any leads from the Q&A session
For your initial research, try the resources on this first page of the guide.
You may then want to look into news sources on the next tab as a first step.
Scholarly articles are an additional way to understand issues related to nonprofits, children's sports programs, the target market of children, etc.
You can do a deep dive on your customers on the Customer Information tab.
