Report a Hate Crime or Bias Incident

To foster a safe and inclusive campus, the University will investigate all incidents motivated by bias. In order to prompt an investigation, the incident must be reported. If you have been a victim, or have witnessed or learned of a hate crime or bias incident, you can file a report using the Hate Crimes and Bias Incident Report Form. You may also contact the Towson University Police Department for immediate assistance and response at 410-704-4444 or you can contact OIIE via email BiasResponse@towson.edu or phone 410-704-0203 to report a hate crime or bias incident.

Submit a Title IX Complaint

Title IX is more than just sports. Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 prohibits sex discrimination, including sexual violence, in educational programs and activities. All public and private schools receiving federal funding must comply with Title IX.
