PAL Sessions
Peer-Assisted Learning Sessions (PALS) are weekly drop-in sessions that are led by peer tutors. During each session, a specific topic is reviewed that is related to current material for a particular course and students have the opportunity to ask questions and work on examples/problems together.
Supplemental Instruction
Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic model that uses peer-facilitated study sessions for students taking historically difficult courses.

Academic Coaching
Academic coaching is one-on-one student interaction with a Tutoring and Learning Center coach, helping students recognize and achieve their academic goals and reach self-efficacy in a safe space.
Workshops
Academic success strategies workshops are offered each semester and provide a concentrated approach to developing skills vital to enhancing academic performance. Each workshop provides suggestions for how you can immediately apply the techniques discussed. Students are encouraged to attend workshops that fit their needs. Workshops will be in person or online.
Study Groups
Forming study groups with fellow classmates can be both a fun and effective way to deepen your understanding of course topics and achieve academic goals.
