In 2009, the first phase of the College of Liberal Arts (CLA) building opened, ushering in a building boom that continues today. CLA was the first classroom building constructed on TU's campus in over 30 years. Construction has focused on buildings to support all facets of campus including more classroom buildings, student activities and safety, and residence halls.
